Kakashi stood idle in front of the memorial stone - out of habit. He was so absorbed in his mourning, that he failed to realise a new presence in the area. It was only after that person reached his side that he realised it was Rin.
"I knew I would find you here" She said with a faint smile of victory. Kakashi let out a smirk. Finally, his eyes shifted of the stone and onto her, the smirk faded when he noticed the medical backpack sitting at her feet.
"Going on a mission, are you?" Kakashi asked curiously. Rin gave a small nod as reply.
"Yes, A group of medical nin under my leadership are headed to the village near Rakan Lake"
Kakashi's eyes snapped wide open.
"What?! But they've had bandits ransaking them for months! It's too dangerous for a group of MEDICS to go!" He snapped furiously, turning towards his lover. "If that's where you're headed - then with permission or not, I'm coming too!"
Rin placed a soft, disarming hand on his chest. It was always a curious power of hers, with a mere gentle touch most ninja could bet that Rin could stop a rampaging elephant. She just had that atmosphere of calm about her. Kakashi read the expression on her face like a book - she was begging him to just trust her.
"Kakashi, please. I swear to you that everything's going to be fine"
Kakashi gritted his teeth behind his mask, eventually he relented letting out a defeated sigh. Rin cast a glance at the stone.
"Just promise me one thing, alright?" Kakashi's hand slowly rose to her chin and gently met her gaze.
"Just promise me you'll come back, ok?"
Rin reached for his wrist and lightly rested her fingers against his bandaged skin. Kakashi's eyes narrowed,
"You're... the only one I have left..."
Rin gave a sincere smile.
"I promise..." She whispered, leaning up and kissing his lips.

"I'll see you when you get back then..." Kakashi said, pulling away. "Go on, you'll be late if you stick around any longer"
Rin shrugged, slinging her bag over her shoulder. "That's alright, i can just blame it on you" Kakashi's jaw dropped to the ground
"HUH?!! ?!!"

Kya... after more than 5 days since i've submitted anything, lol.

I've finished my exams, but I'm just so tired right now, and I think I'm depressed too, so I'm just taking a break (could be for a week) from commissions a while.

There's only 4 left, so please wait, neh. thank u soooo much,

And commissions might be open again on 25th december (ooo, christmas! XDD)
